Dear Roddy,

This radius accounting message belongs to an unsuccessfull
session terminated on Max. You can interprete such messages
using Ascend-Disconnect-Cause and Ascend-Connect-Progress
fileds. You can find a document explaning possible values of
these fields on Ascend's support site.
