(ASCEND) Index 2 Load b2.p75 Rev 5.1Ap4

My P75 is rebooting on a regular basis:

8/21 7:51 am
8/26 8:43 am
9/1 5:02 pm
9/7 7:27 pm
9/13 11:51 pm
9/19 1:32 pm
9/25 10:14

The fatal-history log is clear until it reboots and then it contains the
same error:

Index 2 Load b2.p75 Rev 5.1Ap4

I know I am not on the latest release. I have hesitated because of all
the problems folks seem to have with newer releases. I have not put in a
trouble ticket because I assume Ascend will just tell me to install the
latest release. Other than this problem, everything else seems to be
working fine and I hate the thought of upgrading to a new release and
getting a new basket of bugs. 

Does anyone have an easy fix for this?
