Re: (ASCEND) MAX 6096 Accounting records




Check to see if you have call logging also configured along with
Accounting, They are virtually the same thing if you have configured
both for the same box I would guess you would get duplicate records. 

Check under :

Ethernet ->Mod Config ->Call Logging...  

If thats not configured in the same manor as accounting then you should
probably contact support@ascend.com
