I just installed a new max 6096 along side two max 4048 all authenticating
from a radius server.  My problem is with the 6096.  It will continually
send duplicate start and stop records.  The Acct-Session-Time starts out at
0 then 15, then 30, etc.  I finally had to set the parameter Max Tries to 3
but something isn't right....  Help...
