Sounds like the customers are connecting using MPP. MPP peers exchange
phone numbers across the first channel to find out what number to dial
for subsequent channels. The Max is supplying the phone number of the
first available channel on itself, which is in the wrong hunt group.
Did you configure phone numbers (directory numbers) anywhere in the Maxes?
If so, then you don't need to. The Max will then be unable to supply a
suitable directory number to its MPP peers and they will just end up
dialing the same number as they dialed for the first channel, which is
what you want anyway.
