This is the LQM problem I'm always wining about. Disabling LQM is the
workaround.

I have a ticket on it. Ascend has reproduced the problem and has passed it
to Netopia. Netopia has also reproduced it and has given it to their
Engineering folks. This all happened last week.

It started in 2.0.7 (on the TNT, probably 6.0.7 on Maxen), and I've had a
ticket open on it since then.

Check your logs. The disconnect codes are based on LQM measurements.
