(ASCEND) TNT filters

I've got a TNT up and running but need to add some filters to for email
only accounts. I've done this with our 4048's and would like to keep the
same filter name as on the maxes. The question is how do I create filters
on the TNT and how do I make the filter name the same as the one on the
maxes.
