(ASCEND) P50

I have some P50 (all running 6.0.9) at my customers offices and
for some obscure reason,

a) they the do not disconnect when there is absence of network traffic.

b) I can not Telnet them

c) I can not get SNMP information from anyone.

Any light will be appreciated.
