(ASCEND) ip pools
I have the following pools configured on my MAXTNT (2.1.9)
admin> ip-pools
Pool# Base Count InUse
1 ###.###.###.128 126 0
2 ###.###.###.128 126 0
Number of remaining allocated addresses: 0
I have used several modems to test with before I go production and I have
noticed the tnt allocated me each ip address in order each time I logged in.
But, it only went through the first pool and then started over. It didn't
jump from one pool to the next pool.
In the DEFAULT user on radius, I did not specify which pool to use, because
I assumed that if I didn't specify it would use both or either. Is there a
way I can specify multiple pools?
Is this assumption correct? When I have a full load can I expect it to
properly use the second pool even though it didn't when I was testing?
