This is entirely dependent upon the RADIUS server you are using.  Since
you don't mention the vendor or version, it would be difficult to help.

For instance, if you are using a version of Ascend RADIUS which is 971105 or
later, then you can have multiple alternative CLID or DNIS numbers.
