(ASCEND) accounting

I use MAX4000 and setup two radius servers, a primary and a secondary.
Normally, I should only get the account records form the primary, but I
found the secondary received some records sometimes. What's the problem ? I
have other RAS were used the two radius servers too, but they are work
well. So, I think it's the configuration problem, can you tell me what I
should do ?
