Would someone who has received HDLC II cards for the TNT please point me
to who at Ascend can authorize this...

I'm having a major problem that Ascend Technical Support agrees will be
fixed by replacing my HDLC card with the HDLC II card...  Problem is they
are saying that they arn't allowed to send me one.

IMHO, the original HDLC card is crap, and Ascend should be immediately
replacing them with the new ones.

Also, for anyone interested, the HDLC processors in the Frameline card are
the same ones in the original HDLC card, and has the some packet queueing
problem.
