Black Box has a device that will bridge ethernet to token ring
at $4000, or you could probably use a cisco 2513 running in either 
bridge or router mode at about $3500.

But if you are going to spend that much you might as well just
get them a router with a token ring interface and ISDN BRI...
As others have reported, I too used a server with two interfaces
to act as a router between segments when the client balked at
the better solution (IMHO) of an expensive bridge or switch.
(they have since completely replaced the TR with 100bTX ethernet)
