Re: (ASCEND) users complaining about connections with 6.1.3
I am also expirencing these problems with 6.1.3. When I upgraded to the
6.1.x tree my dialups from home (Zoom 56Kx External K56Flex flashed to
the newest Rockwell V.90 code) have been retraining lots. Drops are not
very frequent, but they happen more than they should. the biggest
problem is LOTS and LOTS of retrains. I'll expirence anywhere from 5 to
20 retrains a minute. This makes service unbearable for me. Websites
take forever to load, and running an interactive telnet session is
completley out of the question. Does the 7.0b series seem to fix this?
