It looks like the output of the "telnetDebug" Diagnostic command.
"TCP_ACCEPT", "OPEN/PWD", and "TERMINATE" are state changes.
"s=" gives the source IP address and TCP port (addr=205.216.33.15, port=2892).
"d=" gives the destination address and port.
