Depending on the software version the Max is running, you will either see one
type or the other. To my knowledge, there isn't a software version that
supports both types of modem cards.
For example:
eik.m40 is the E1 IP K56 code for the Max 4K
eim.m40 is the E1 IP 12ports code for the Max 4K
ei.m40 is the E1 IP 8port code for the Max 4K
There are other letter than that, but I can't be bothered to mention them..
