31 channel PRIs..that's something new to me.
If we have 2 PRIs here, the relevant config is something like this..
PRI 1:
	Sig Mode=ISDN_NFAS
	NFAS ID num=1
PRI 2:
	Sig Mode=ISDN_NFAS
	NFAS ID num=2

I guess the international codes are different, as that I dont have R2
signaling or a CAS switch type option.
Have you contacted Ascend at all?
