(ASCEND) Upgrade Errors

I've got a P75 that gives the following errors when I try to upgrade it.  The
problem seems to be with the fsave.  Anyone else seen this before?  Do I need 
to RMA it?

error: erase failed 0x5F0000
error: flash program failed. 0x5F0000
Flash save failed.
loading code from 169.238.147.2:69
file /usr/local/boot/b.p75... > 
thin load:
error: erase failed 0x580000
error: flash program failed. 0x580000

Other than not being able to upgrade it, it seems to work fine.

ps - I've tried several different software revisions (b.p75) and just
     typing fsave at the diag prompt gives the same type of errors.
