yep.  but i just always figured "remote end hung up" was pretty normal.
we of course hear complaints of users getting dumped off, but it
doesn't seem overly excessive (although i'm sure some would argue that
there shouldn't be any disconnects) so we usually just write it
off as some kind of phone line quality issue.

anyway, we have a 4048, running 5.0Ap46, using two PRI's from a 
5ESS.  yesterday we had (140) 185's out of (769) calls....which is
about 18%.  the majority of the rest of our calls end with a
code 45 (PPP receive Terminate Request from far end).

we currently have two TNT's ordered, which will be connected with
a T3.... it will be interesting to see if there is a drastic change
in disconnect codes.
