(ASCEND) P130, Gamers, and 6.0.4

P130 connecting an apartment community (40 users) to a FR 256k connection
(Internet). The gamers (Quake) complain of varying ping times 100-500ms.
Any way to give each user a definite minimum slot of bandwidth or priority
over, say, FTP? Will SAM do this?

Also, P130 shows Dyn Bnd Not Installed. What is this?

Side note on 6.0.4-> This connection bursts at 300k a lot during peak
times. We were having problems not being able to telnet in to the unit and
after upgrading to 6.0.4 from 5.1 all problems went away. FWIW.
