(ASCEND) P130 and TNT

I'm trying to do a nailed T1 between a P130 and a TNT. I'm to the point
where I have ruled out anything telco (cause we are the telco, and they
are as back to back as it gets), but they never can quite make a
connection. The pipe is running 5.1ap8 (ascend's only suggestion to making
it work), and the tnt is running 2.3. On the TNT it says the problem is a
cause 40, though it was a cause 46 earlier, and on the pipe its a lan
session up/down deal. I have poured over these settings time and time
again so if someone can offer an idea it would be much appreciated.
