(ASCEND) MAX 4048 PRI/E1 c/w K56 modems Dial Out

Y'all,

I have a MAX configured to support remote ISDN Routers (3com SONIX),
ISDN modems and analogue dial-in.
Occasionally it would be nice to remotely configure some devices,
especially the routers.

Is it possible for the MAX to dial out to a device based upon receiving
an IP request to that particular route.

If so, How so?
