Sounds like a routing issue.  What are the IP addresses of each LAN, of each router (both on the LAN and on the WAN) ?

Howdy,

We are trying to set up a remote site with a 75 and a 50. The 75 is
configured to dial into the 50.  We are able to ping both devices from
their local lans, but unable to ping either remote device while the link is
established.

We are a liitle stuck, and any help would be appreciated.
