RE: (ASCEND) Setting the Date/Time on a P75



In the Pipeline 50/75/130 Addendum manual under Displaying packets, I
found the following paragraphs on page 7-3:

You can view wdDialout output in the diagnostic monitor. This section
shows several examples.

Example 1

In the following example, the Pipeline unit's time and date have not
been explicitly set, either by user command or SNTP server. So, the
date and time in the captured packet is invalid.  Etc., etc.

I am sorry, but I think you are misinterpretting the reference manual.

There is no realtime clock in the Pipeline 75.  There is no option to
set the Date and Time in System->Sys Config menu like there is on a
MAX.
Nor is there an SNTP option in the Ethernet->Mod Config menu like
there
is on a MAX.
