Maybe I didn't make myself clear. If one version of the OS works
better than others for certain people, and the only reason they need to
upgrade is to get Later MODEM code, why not just upload the modem code,
and not a NEW OS revision? It is obvious that certain loads work better
for certain people in different environments... We run a max 4048 with p6
on them, connects are high and stable. Our boxes have been up for 160+
