(ASCEND) IE4 & Ascend Java

After installing MS IE4 the Ascend Java Monitor (and probably the
configuration too) no longer functions. I assume that IE4 must install a
Java module not compatible with the Ascend Java Configurator. Anyone
else see this and have a work around?
