(ASCEND) Feature Request: Assigning WINS server on per-user basis
once again I cannot find an email address for Feature Requests
listed anywhere in the Ascend web site,
so I'll send to support@ascend.com instead...
there is not a way to do this from radius,
most likely because there is no way to do it
in statis connection profiles either.
If you need this, or think you could use this feature,
please let Ascend know.
I agree it would be a good feature to have,
for example, some of my leased line customers have
a WINS server at their office, they dialin to us
and would like to be able to use their "network neighborhood"
but the only way to do it right now would be to
set our Max to assign their WINS to everyone of our dialin clients,
or to staticly configure everything in their Windows Dialup Network,
neither of which is very appealing to me...
