We have this 16 bit winsock dialer package from Shiva that we distribute to
our Windows 3.1x users.  Ever since we switched to TNT running 2.1.3,
people using this package would have problem retrieving their Email or
establish telnet sessions.  The strange thing is that web browsing and
everything else works.  Same user dialing into MAX4004 would not see this
problem.

Is there a known incompatibility with Shiva winsock?  Somebody recommended
setting the mtu-limit to a lower value, but I am having problem locating it
(reference manual says it's under ATMP, but ATMP only turns on debug mode).

Any help is greatly appreciated.
