Hello,

I have a problem that I hope someone can point me in some direction of
fixing.  

Our TNT has version 2.1.0 and it gets a LOT of cause code 185's
We have ISDN and k56 modems

In the FAQ about cause code 185 at: http://www.ascend.com/faqs/2/1099.html
it states it could be caused by 

 5. T1 or PRI line bounces.

What are these and where are they caused?
We are getting them on both ISDN and analog disconnects.

Also, are the number of these code 185's reduced in 2.1.3 ?
