(ASCEND) Max, SecurID and Fatal Index: 8

We have a couple of Max 4000's. One is running 5.0Ap4 and the other is
running 5.0Ap48. Both are using Security Dynamics SecurID ACE server to
authenticate (Ethernet->Mod Config->Auth->SECURID).  I know that Ascend
does not currently support a backup SecurID Host Server. The problem that
I am having is that when our primary SecurID server goes down, the Ascend
stops communicating with the SecurID server and the users cannot
authenticate (black terminal window just hangs). This I know. Next, it
appears that whenever a user tries to dial-in to the Max and authenticate,
the Ascend then reboots itself until the SecurID server comes back on line.
Below is a list of the fatal errors. Having the option to put a backup
SecurID server host ip address would be the ultimate fix, but in the
interum, to stop the rebooting problem would be sufficient. Anyone else
having a similiar issue with SecurID?

Thanks!
