You want to configure the P50 to dialin? 
or you want to dial to the P50 from something else?

let's assume you meant dialing into a P50 using Win95 and an ISDN TA,
you'll want to set the P50 "Proxy Mode=Active" and use a static IP address.
I don't believe you can use a LAN DHCP server to assign
addresses to clients of the Pipeline when routing.
