I just got another Max4048, and it just will not answer the incoming calls, what am i doing wrong?

Note:
	I have updated the software to 6.1.3
	I've tried it with 6.1.1 (wouldn't detect the Modem cards)
	I've tried it with 5.0Ap33, still no answer
	My PRI is connected and everything

	Any Ideas ?
