Wn - Connect Message Control

This command controls the format of CONNECT messages. The parameter value,
if valid, is written to S31 bits 2 and 3.
Note that the Wn command can be overridden by register S95 bits (see S95
description).
W0 Upon connection, the modem reports only the DTE speed (e.g., CONNECT
19200). Subsequent
responses are disabled. (Default.)
W1 Upon connection, the modem reports the line speed, the error correction
protocol, and the DTE
speed, respectively. Subsequent responses are disabled.
W2 Upon connection, the modem reports the DCE speed (e.g., CONNECT 14400).
Subsequent
responses are disabled.
