No Subject

That information is unknown to me, and I've certainly done a lot of patching
ISDN lines in BIX racks and custom cables.

Since I've never had a problem, then I must conclude that either:

- It doesn't matter
- I've been lucky every time.

I suspect it doesn't matter.
