I've got a customer with a problem:
 
 Here's the scenario:
 
 Supra Express 33.6i PNP modem
 two connect speeds: 28.8 and 31.2
 28.8 is stable most of the time, 31.2 is stable very little of the
time,
 disconnects.
 
 could this be an init string problem?
 
 Any assistance greatly appreciated
