We found the following problem with OSPF on the Max 4004 v5.00p13(the
problem did not affect our 4002) and have reported it to Ascend. If you
have a network address that's being incorrectly announced by multiple
routers, the Max will invariably reboot or lose its MAC address and hang.
So at least it does have the "duplicate network announcement" feature by
rebooting your Max :).
