Here's what you might be able to do:
business1-user1 Password="UNIX"
User-Service = Framed-User,
User-Name = "business1",
other-parameters
business1-user2 Password="UNIX"
User-Service = Framed-User,
User-Name = "business1",
other-parameters
business2-user1 Password="UNIX"
User-Service = Framed-User,
User-Name = "business2",
other-parameters
business2-user2 Password="UNIX"
User-Service = Framed-User,
User-Name = "business2",
other-parameters
Use the User-Name parameter to set a different username after login, and
set the same username for all users of a group. With Shared Prof=No, the
Max just might refuse two at a time. Certainly it will represent them in
the sessions window with the same username.
