Sorry, late night E-mails can be a problem!!

Ever since 4.6c (now 5.0ap20), after a reboot it takes about 20 minutes
before any calls will complete.

Call received--->Answered----->Call Terminated

Logs are a little helpful:

ASCEND: slot 6 port 8, Call Terminated
ASCEND: call 38 CL 0K  u=djones79 c=45 p=65
ASCEND: slot 6 port 7, Call Terminated
ASCEND: call 37 CL 0K  u=jgilbert c=45 p=65

These messages go on for quite a while. "Radius client timeout" bothers
me?!  Cause and Progress look typical.  One other clue is an IP never gets
assigned.

The time seems pretty consistent...almost like a timer of some sort.
After this the maxen is stable like a rock for months.
