Has Ascend ever heard about regression testing software BEFORE it ships?
I don't remember a time that Ascend has released software that did not have
some major bug in it. From what I have seen most bugs are found by the
system admins in the field. Not by Ascends software developers.

Its an important job... but Ascend feels that they don't have to
do it! That is what customers are for.
