I thought Jason was asking whether both V.FC and V.FAST support were
included, since *they* were related, not V.FC and K56. Mebbe I wuz wrong.
Heck, I always thought V.FC and V.FAST were one and the same, but
apparently I was wrong there, too.

Ditto. It was a calculated risk on our part to switch to the new modems,
knowing that we would probably offend a few users. We did lose a couple,
but we got a LOT of people happy that they are now getting 31.2K and 33.6K
instead of 24 and 26.4. We tried to be gentle, offered to sell K56 modems
at cost, offered help getting 3-year-old Supras upgraded, the works.
Overall, it's been a Good Thing that seems to be getting better... we'll
try Ap20 tonight.
