NavisAccess is the new management tool from Ascend. A demo is available
from 
http://www.ascend.com/2165.html It processes the radius accounting stream
in 
real-time and allows you to set thresholds. While limited to tracking new 
calls, bad disconnects and login duration it can easily be extended to do
more. 

What problem are you looking to solve?
