Wow that brings back memories ;)

The IMUX parts of the product have places where you can configure a
maximum number of DS0 minutes per day/session/month/etc that the "system"
can use. There are also per-port (IMUX only) limits that can be set.

You obviously have that set on your MAX and have exceeded it (somehow ;).
I think it's in the System Configuration menu...Max DS0 minutes....see the
user manuals for details.
