	After my original post on this topic. I've attempted to call
Vitalsigns on numerous occasions, and they will not return my call. Each
time I ask a questions to one of their technicians, "We'll have to have
someone call you back".  I beginning to think the program is a HOAX and it
totally useless. It is reporting problems with an egress router that only
one station is attached too..
	What makes matters worse is Boardwatch recently touted Net Medic
as being "Vital" to the health of your network.. 
	We've taken a little different tact on the problem, by posting a
"Internet Status" tote board showing what parts of the internet are down
(www.cde.com/netstatus.shtml> and plan to put our internal MRTG reports on
the page as well..
