Has anyone come up with any solid explanation as to why Net.Medic is
not an accurate diagnostic tool? I briefly checked the program over,
and it reports things that a normal user wouldn't even notice.
I sat there clicking away on my browser non-stop, and while I was quite
happy with the way pages were loading "almost instantly" - Net.Medic was
not satisfied.
Quite simply I think they are trying to make money with a product that
exaggerates system problems. What use would a program like that be if
it didn't report something every 20-30 minutes?
The real question is how to convince the user that they "helpful information"
that Net.Medic provides really isn't very useful and it will not help to
"cure" the network.
Any ideas?
