We found that with CT1 we have to disable the modem AND set one
channel (any channel) on one of our T1's to "unused".  This will busy
out a channel.  We did get a call from U S Worst a few weeks later
about a channel with no wink on it...  right on the ball, those
folks.

I'm told the "disable modem+chan" setting works with PRI.
