We have extra PRI's just for dedicated customers.  Note that I said
dedicated, we don't offer unlimited hours just for the reason of the
customer that want to nail up a line on a standard account.  Sounds 
like your problem is that your customers are taking advantage of
what you promised?  Unlimited hours?
