i want to invoke lilo via grub(2). so far all i've found is about replacing one with the other. not what i want. i just want to invoke lilo on rare occasions. on harddisc. not external media. does it have to be chainload? could it be more direct? so as to not even require lilo to be installed into the head of a partition? if it does require lilo to be installed into the head of a partition, does that presume it's an "mbr partition"? will it work on an efi partition? a gpt partition? an lvm partition? -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
