Have you tried GNUroot on your Android devices?  It seems like a good
plan for me.  I was looking for a way to run GNU R on my phone or on
the Fire HD 8 when I found this.  I guess it lets you run a lot of
cool stuff.  Sometime soon I'll get it working and I'll let you know
what I think of it.
