I actually have a FreeBPX install running on a VM right now. My thing is I 
don't know most the terms used in telephony so I have no idea what they 
do, and there are a LOT of terms... I did google a bunch of stuff but it's 
one of those "I followed the instructions and it still doesn't work" 
things.

Also I kinda am talking about setting up something a lot more complex than 
a home system (: Not exactly call-center but Small Office kinda stuff (so 
yes, call routing, many extensions, IVR, virtual phones, etc).
