Since I will not use the smartphone as a phone, it sounds like my options are: 1. Get an unlocked phone. 2. Get a locked phone, but make sure the SIM card is not installed. 3. Get a locked phone, but make sure it is not activated. Correct? -- Jason Hsu <jhsu802701 at jasonhsu.com>
